Hawaiian Kona Grown Coffee In Jax!
Our local cafe partners directly with small family farms on the Big Island of Hawaii to source the freshest fair trade coffee beans. Grown in rich volcanic soil across the elevated mountain ranges of Kona, Puna, and Ka'u, each bean is handpicked for size, color, and absolute perfection. We roast and receive them overnight so you can enjoy a clean, rich brew every single morning.
Our signature gourmet waffles are made from a secret family recipe that took eight months to perfect. From scratch-made sweet Hong Kong batters to savory creations, we use only premium ingredients without any shortcut box mixes. You can stuff them, top them, and customize them your way for the ultimate island-inspired comfort food experience.
